A new landmark is set to rise in the bustling uptown district of Cagayan de Oro City. Last Friday evening, June 24, 2016 was the grand launching of the new landmark in town the Italian-designed Primavera City by Italpinas.
Primavera City is the company’s follow-up to its briskly sold out Primavera Residences. Designed by Italpinas Chairman and COO Romolo Nati, his plan for a uniquely shaped, seven-tower mixed-use project is poised to be a new landmark in the city.
Work on Primavera City’s two-tower Phase 1 has already begun. Expected to cost some P653 million, the 11-storey buildings are planned to be integrated, comprising residential for the 9 floors, office space and commercial areas for the ground and second floor.
Primavera City lies in a Philippine Economic Zone Authority or PEZA zone and expects to land business process outsourcing locators and other business seeking to tap the university town’s rich talent pool.
It is part of uptown CDO, an area which has seen an influx of homes, schools, shops and offices moving away from the crowded downtown area.
