Two budding entrepreneurs here in Cagayan de Oro City will soon open the first take-out grilled baby back ribs in town. Captain Richie’s Baby Back Ribs will be opening its outlet along Tomas Saco corner 16th Streets, Nazareth, just infront of Monterey Meatshop.
